Re: Development Agreement for the Pereira Project
Dear Mr. Zuidervaart,
Please allow this letter to serve as our written request to extend the terms of the Development Agreement on the Pereira property for one year. The terms of our Development Agreement require construction to commence before the end of 2023 and we respectfully request an extension to the end of the calendar year 2024. As you know, we experienced difficulty negotiating the required lot line adjustments and we have also been impacted by changing market conditions. However, we have recently agreed to work with a local builder to develop the site and we are excited about moving forward.
