1. Caltrans Exhibit 9-B for FFY 2023/24 and 2024/25:
Padilla & Associates, Inc. will assist the City in preparing the annual form for submission to Caltrans by June 1 of each year. • Preparation of Caltrans Exhibit 9-B (identification of City of Ripon’s DBELO), organizational chart, and election of the “Prompt Payment” options available, preparation of the required Race-Neutral Measures the City’s plans to implement in
accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.51 and provide guidance to the City regarding the monitoring & enforcement mechanisms in place, which are required to be reported.
