Subject: Irrevocable Offer of Dedication
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
This resolution accepts an irrevocable offer of dedication by Gary and Amy Mohler of certain real property to the City of Ripon in connection with Parcel Map 22-79 and authorizes the Mayor to sign and execute any and all documents necessary to complete the aforementioned transaction.
BACKGROUND:
This section of land near just north of the intersection of Mohler Road and Miriam Way is being dedicated to the City of Ripon as a requirement of Parcel Map 22-79. This portion of land will allow for the future expansion of Mohler Road to its ultimate 84’-0” right-of-way at a certain future date upon development of the adjacent parcels.

RESOLUTION NO. 23-25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RIPON ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY
OF RIPON
WHEREAS, in connection with the approval of Parcel Map 22-79, Gary Mohler and Amy Mohler, husband and wife as joint tenants, have agreed to convey certain property to the City of Ripon; and
WHEREAS, the City of Ripon desires to accept the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication to said property, and to complete the purchase of the property for public road purposes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Ripon at its regularly scheduled City Council meeting of June 13, 2023, does hereby accept the aforementioned Irrevocable Offer of Dedication from Gary Mohler and Amy Mohler, husband and wife as joint tenants. The Mayor is authorized to sign and execute any and all documents necessary to complete the aforementioned transaction.
