Subject: Appraisal for Right-of-Way - N. Ripon Road and River Road RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the engagement letter with Cogdill & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $5,000 to perform an updated market value appraisal for right-of-way at 21800 North Ripon Rd – APN 245-180-23 (funding source: Transportation AB1600 Capital Fund).
DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS:
Staff has requested the attached proposal to perform an updated appraisal of the current market value of right-of-way at 21800 North Ripon Rd (APN 245-180-23).
FISCAL IMPACT:
The fiscal impact is $5,000 from the Transportation AB1600 Capital Fund.
