Subject: Interagency Agreement SJRTD (2012-022-S_Amd 6) Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the sixth amendment to the Interagency Agreement with San Joaquin Regional Transit District, extending the agreement through June 30, 2024 at the rates outlined in the Amendment, to provide a driver necessary to operate Ripon's Blossom Express. Costs of these services are funded by the City’s allocation of Measure K Renewal transit funds. Attached is Exhibit A of the original agreement.
