RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept Parcel Map No. 22-29 (100 N. Acacia Avenue) and authorize the Mayor, City Engineer and City Clerk to sign for recording.
BACKGROUND
Parcel Map No. 22-29 has been submitted to the County for their review and signature. The map has been signed by the County Surveyor and is now ready for the City’s signature. Attached is a copy of the Parcel Map for the First Congregational Church located at 100 N. Acacia Avenue subdividing a 14,375 sq. ft. parcel into two parcels for the purposes of separating a church and single-family home. The Tentative Parcel Map was approved by the Planning Commission at the May 16, 2022 hearing.
