Subject: Service Agreement - Jocelyn E. Roland, Ph.D
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the annual agreement with Jocelyn E. Roland, Ph.D. that makes available counseling services to the Police Department employees in the amount of $6,000 (funding source: General Fund).
BACKGROUND: This is an annual contract renewal that makes counseling services available to police department staff that would like to take advantage.
FISCAL IMPACT: General Fund to fund the $6,000 annual payment.
