Dear Mr. Zuidervaart:
Please be advised that the firm of Cogdill and Associates, Inc. can provide the City of Ripon with a current market value appraisal for right-of-way, along North Ripon Rd. & River Rd. in Ripon, CA, for a total fee of $5,000 with a delivery time of approximately 45 days from the date of authorization to proceed.
It is our understanding that the purpose of the appraisal is to provide the City of Ripon with a current market value of right-of-way and that the function and intended use of the appraisal will be to assist the City in negotiations with the property owners for acquisition. The parcel impacted by this project is identified as A.P.N. 245-180-23 (21800 North Ripon Rd.).
If the terms stated are agreeable, please obtain the appropriate signature and return this engagement letter that will act as our formal engagement. Once we have received this signed engagement letter, we will open a file and proceed.
