RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept Parcel Map No. 22-79 (1265 S. Mohler Road) and authorize the Mayor, City Engineer and City Clerk to sign for recording.
BACKGROUND
Attached is a copy of the Parcel Map for the Mohler Family Farms, L.P. located at 1265 S.
Mohler Road subdividing a 17.79 Urban Reserve (UR) parcel into two parcels for the purpose of estate planning. The original farmhouse was subdivided from the larger existing farm property in which one of the family members currently reside.
The Tentative Parcel Map was approved by the Planning Commission at the December 19, 2022 hearing.
Parcel Map No. 22-79 has been submitted to the County for their review and signature. The map has been signed by the County Surveyor and is now ready for the City’s signature.
