MCR Engineering is pleased to offer our services to assist the City of Ripon with Construction Management and Inspection Services for projects in the city. The services we can provide are outlined below:
Construction Management and Inspection Services
1. Provide on‐call project inspection on public and private sitework and roadway construction projects.
2. Review contractor schedule and related activities
3. Assist with RFI review and response, submittal review, and payment application review
4. Change order review and processing
5. Any other construction management or inspection tasks as requested by the City of Ripon Time and Materials or as requested by the City of Ripon Estimated at 10 hours per week at $125 per hour for up to Six Months Amount Not to Exceed $30,000.00
