Pursuant to Section 12 of the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement Relating to the California Municipal Finance Authority, dated as of January 1, 2004, the City of Ripon hereby notifies the CMFA of its withdrawal as a member of the CMFA, effective as of the date of receipt of this letter.
Enclosed is the City Council Resolution approving this withdrawal.
