Subject: Stockton Avenue Rehabilitation Project
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the work completed by D.A. Wood Construction, Inc. and authorize the filing of a Notice of Completion with retention ($273,936.61) to be paid 35 days after recording of notice.
BACKGROUND:
The Stockton Avenue Rehabilitation Project is complete and in substantial conformance with our Plans and Specifications. The project in general consists of the reconstruction of Stockton Avenue, replacement of underground utilities, sidewalk, curb and gutter.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The retention of $273,936.61 is paid through the Water, Sewer and Storm Enterprise Capital Funds, Measure K Regional Arterial Funds and the Street and Road Operating Fund.
