Subject: Well 19 Pump Station
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the work completed by Soracco, Inc. and authorize the filing of a Notice of Completion with retention ($90,546.83) to be paid 35 days after recording of notice.
BACKGROUND:
The Well 19 Pump Station Project is complete and in substantial conformance with our Plans and Specifications. The project in general consists of the installation of a potable Water Pump Station and Site improvements.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The retention of $90,546.83 is paid through the Water Enterprise Capital Fund.
