RE: I-YEAR TIME EXTENSION REQUEST
MEADOWOOD TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP (S17-02)
Dear Director Zuidervaart,
MVE, Inc. is the firm who represents the owners of the property known as Meadowood, which has an approved Subdivision Map (517-02) and Development Agreement (DA17-02), approved by the City Council on February 13th, 2018.
MVE, Inc. has been authorized by the owner of the property to act on their behalf in regards to requesting this time extension for the filing of the Final Map. As you are probably aware, this Tentative Map is scheduled to expire on or around December 31st, 2023. Please accept this letter as our formal request for a i-year time extension to file the Final Map, which is permitted under the amended Development Agreement approved last year.
We are currently working with several interested home builders and we respectfully request that this extension be granted to allow sufficient time to complete the various steps that are needed to meet the conditions of approval and facilitate the recording of this Subdivision Map.
