RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept Parcel Map No. 22-15 (744 N. Jack Tone Road - Burger King and Popeyes) and authorize the Mayor, City Engineer and City Clerk to sign for recording.
BACKGROUND
Attached is a copy of the Parcel Map for 1857 East Main Street, LLC located at 744 N. Jack Tone Road subdividing a 1.1 acre (more/less) commercial parcel into two parcels for the purpose of assigning separate parcel numbers to 2 existing commercial buildings (Burger King and Popeyes).
The Tentative Parcel Map was approved by the Planning Commission at the May 16, 2022 hearing.
Parcel Map No. 22-15 has been submitted to the County for their review and signature. The map has been signed by the County Surveyor and is now ready for the City’s signature.
