Customer agrees to upgrade and renew their current licenses 50 to Subscription licenses of the Edge product for the term specified above, and subject to the pricing and annual payment schedule set out below, each annual payment to be invoiced at the start of each year of the subscription term by and paid in advance to Absolute or its duly authorized reseller.
Year 1: December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024 - Convert to Edge – 50 Licenses – USD $6,000.00 Year 2: December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025 - Renewal – 50 Licenses – USD $6,000.00 Year 3: December 1, 2025 to November 30, 2026 - Renewal – 50 Licenses – USD $6,000.00 Total Amount: USD $18,000.00
Customer may elect to purchase additional Subscription Licenses for the duration of the Term at any time at the mutually agreed upon price of $120 per License per year. Licenses will be co-termed to the Term and pro-rated.
