This resolution approves the City Council Member appointments to local and regional Boards, Commissions, Task Forces, and City Council Committees for 2024.

RESOLUTION NO. 24-3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RIPON APPROVING CITY COUNCIL MEMBER
APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS BOARDS, COMMISSIONS,
TASK FORCES, AND COMMITTEES
WHEREAS, the City of Ripon is desirous of appointing Council Members to local and regional Boards, Commissions, Task Forces, and City Council Committees; and WHEREAS, these assignments also include City Council Committees that are focused on local issues; and
WHEREAS, the Council Members appointed have expressed their interest in serving on said appointments; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor makes a recommendation of the City Council Member appointments for the upcoming calendar, which is ratified by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ripon that the City Council Member appointments for Calendar Year 2024, as attached as “Exhibit A”, be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ripon this 9th day of January, 2024, by the following vote:
