SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 3

LEASE NO. DACW05-1-01-512
STANISLAUS RIVER PARKS
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
By this Supplemental Agreement No. 3, made and entered into by and between the Secretary of the Army and the City of Ripon, San Joaquin County, California, hereinafter referred to as the lessee, it is mutually agreed that for the consideration stated herein, Lease No. DACW05-1-01-512 is modified in the following particulars:
1. The parties hereto mutually agree to extend the lease for an additional twenty (20) year period beginning February 1, 2024 and ending January 31, 2044.
Said lease is modified in the preceding particulars only, and all other provisions and conditions thereof, including and previous modifications thereto, shall remain binding and in full force and effect.
