Subject: Scope and Fee for Patrick Clark
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement with Patrick Clark Consulting to represent the City in the upcoming meet and confer process with the represented labor organizations.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The Memorandum of Understandings currently in place with the Police Officers Association, Ripon Sergeants Association, and Public Works are set to expire on June 30, 2024. I have requested Patrick Clark Consulting to prepare an agreement (see attached) to represent the City in the meet and confer process.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The last time the City did negotiations, Caves & Associates represented the City during the meet and confer process; the expense of these services did not exceed $10,000. Expenses associated with these services will be paid from the General Fund.
