Subject: Quotation – Service Call - Rotary Club of Ripon, CA Post Clock Dear James:
Thank you for your interest in Electric Time clocks. In reply to your request, I am sending the following quotation, along with our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
We are pleased to quote on the service call you requested, as follows:
(1) Service call to install replacement parts into Small Two Dial Howard from 2014. Parts to include (2) HMI Replacement Motors, (2) MI CMI Circuit Boards, and (2) Replacement MI sensors for HMI. Movements and hands to be adjusted and tightened as necessary for proper alignment. Glass to be cleaned as needed. Any permits or details, if required, are by others/additional. Includes materials, labor and travel.
All of the above for the net (BUY) price of $3,188.00. This price does not include any sales taxes.
On service calls we require payment in advance or a City Purchase Order. We accept checks, credit cards, and ACH/wire payments. Payments made with a credit card are subject to a 3% convenience fee. We will schedule your service call as soon as possible. Please see enclosed Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
