First Amendment to Agreement for Legal Services
This First Amendment to the Agreement for Legal Services dated November 9, 2021 is made and entered into by and between the City of Ripon and the Law Office of Thomas H Terpstra and shall be deemed dated and effective as of June 11, 2024.
1. Amendment of Agreement. Subsections A(b) and A(c) of Section 3 of the Agreement entitled “Compensation” is hereby amended to modify the rate structure for compensation as follows:
b For all other matters not specified in subsection (a) of this Section 3, the City Attorneys hourly rate shall be $325 per hour.
c For Deputy City Attorneys, the hourly rate shall be $250 per hour.
REMAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOT AFFECTED. Unless expressly amend herein, the remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement for Legal Services dated November 9, 2021, shall remain in full force and effect.
