Subject: Interagency Agreement SJRTD (2012-022-S_Amd 7) RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the seventh amendment to the Interagency Agreement with San Joaquin Regional Transit District, extending the agreement through June 30, 2025, at the rates outlined in the Amendment, to provide a driver necessary to operate Ripon's Blossom Express. Costs of these services are funded by the City’s allocation of Measure K Renewal transit funds and Federal Transit Administration 5311 funds. Attached is Exhibit A of the original agreement.
