Reference: Well 9 Evaluation and Condition Assessment Amendment This letter is to inform you that the contractor originally selected for the Well 9 Evaluation and Condition Assessment is no longer available to perform the requested work. To proceed with project as originally scoped we recommend moving forward with the second lowest bidder, NorCal Pump and Well Drilling. If acceptable, this change in contractor would require an amendment to our contract, increasing the total cost of the project to $298,921. A summary of the three remaining contractor bids is provided in the following table for reference.
