HONORING THE RIPON HIGH SCHOOL
2023/2024 SPRING ATHLETIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS
WHEREAS, the hard work, dedication, sportsmanship, and talent of the 2023 Ripon High School Varsity Boys' Golf team, the Varsity Girls' Swimming/Diving team and Clara Schoolland has enabled these student athletes to excel in their respective sports; and WHEREAS, the Ripon High School Varsity Boys' Golf team earned the title of Division 5 Section Champions; and
WHEREAS, the Ripon High School Varsity Girls' Swimming/Diving team earned the title of Division 3 Section Champions; and
WHEREAS, Clara Schoolland, as part of the Track and Field team, placed sixth in the State for High Jump; and
WHEREAs, the coaching staff, team member parents, faculty and student body at Ripon High School were integral in guiding the student athletes to victory through their unwavering support.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Leo Zuber, Mayor of the City of Ripon, do hereby recognize and heartily congratulate Ripon High School on its outstanding accomplishments.
FURTHERMORE, the City Council of the City of Ripon, speaking on behalf of all our people, publicly congratulate the Ripon High School Varsity Boys' Golf team, the Girls Varsity Girls' Swimming/Diving team and Clara Schoolland on their accomplishments.
