Police Chief Sauer left the meeting at 2:03 PM.
City Administrator Werner left the meeting at 2:13 PM.
Return to open session.
City Attorney Terpstra said Council met in closed session to receive an update on labor negotiations, staff was given direction and no reportable action was taken.
