RE: 1-YEAR TIME EXTENSION REQUEST
MEADOWOOD DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP Dear Director Zuidervaart,
As owner and developer of the proposed Meadowood subdivision, Lennar Homes of California, LLC (Lennar), respectfully requests a 1-year time extension of the approved Subdivision Map (S17-02) and Development Agreement (DA17-02), approved by the City Council on February 13th , 2018.
Lennar recently purchased the land and has begun work on the development, Subdivision Improvement Agreement and plan check process. The Tentative Map is scheduled to expire on December 31, 2024.
Given the recent acquisition of the property, please accept this letter as our formal request for a 1-year time extension to allow sufficient time to complete the process for approval of the Final Map which is permitted under the amended Development Agreement.
