Subject: South of Main Street Resurfacing Project
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the work completed by American Pavement Systems, Inc. and authorize the filing of a Notice of Completion with retention ($102,458.35) to be paid 35 days after recording of notice.
BACKGROUND:
The project in general consists of the resurfacing of various streets near Vera Avenue, Fourth Street, 7th Street, and Robert Avenue. The South of Main Street Resurfacing Project is complete and in substantial conformance with our Plans and Specifications.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The retention of $102,458.35 is paid through the Street and Road Operating Fund, Street & Road Reconstruction Fund, and the Water Enterprise Capital Fund.
