Vice Mayor Barton joined the meeting at 11:22 AM.
Return to open session.
City Attorney Terpstra Jr. said Council met in closed session. He said Council voted 5-0 to withdraw from the US ex rel HENDRIX v. J-M MANUFACTURING CO class action lawsuit. Beyond that, no reportable action was taken.
