This CONTRACT AMENDMENT modifies the existing agreement between client and consultant dated July 11, 2023 for the above referenced project as follows:
Description of Work:
Construction Management and Inspection Services at Meadowood Subdivision Project
1. Provide on‐call project inspection on public and private sitework and roadway work
2. Review contractor schedule and related activities
3. Assist with RFI review and response, submittal review, and payment application review
4. Change order review and processing
5. Any other construction management or inspection tasks as requested by the City of Ripon
Time and Materials as requested by the City of Ripon
Estimated at 20 hours per week at $150 per hour for up to Four Months Amount Not to Exceed $50,000.00
