Subject: Fleet Maintenance Facility Project
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the work completed by Diede Construction, Inc. and authorize the filing of a Notice of Completion with retention ($596,501) to be paid 35 days after recording of notice.
BACKGROUND:
The project in general consists of a maintenance and operations building, fuel island, fuel storage tanks, vehicle wash building, backup generator, and trash/recycling enclosure. Site work consists of paved staff and visitor parking and drive aisles, landscape, sight lighting and security cameras, and perimeter fencing. The Fleet Maintenance Facility Project is complete and in substantial conformance with our Plans and Specifications.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The retention of $596,501 will be paid through the funds summarized in the table below.
