NOTICE OF COMPLETION
1. A work of improvement consisting of the construction of the Fleet Maintenance Facility pursuant to the contract dated December 13, 2022, between the City of Ripon, as owner, and Diede Construction, Inc. of P.O. Box 1007, Woodbridge, CA 95258, as Contractor, has now been completed.

4. The interest of the City of Ripon is as an owner of the Fleet Maintenance Facility constructed on real property owned by the City of Ripon.

The work of improvement consists of the construction of a Maintenance and Operations building, fuel island, fuel storage tanks, vehicle wash building, backup generator, and trash/recycling enclosure. Site work consists of paved staff and visitor parking and drive aisles, landscape, sight lighting and security cameras, and perimeter fencing.
6. The work of improvement was accepted as being complete by the City of Ripon on July 8, 2025.
