RECOMMENDED ACTION
Deny the claim filed by West Valley Properties, LLC on October 10, 2025 related to the development of the West Valley Concrete project located at 875 Doak Boulevard.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Through their attorney, West Valley Properties, LLC submitted a claim to the City of Ripon for construction delay damages related to the development of the West Valley Concrete project located at 875 Doak Boulevard of an undetermined amount. The claim alleges that these damages were incurred from July 2025 until the date of the claim.
City staff and the City Attorney have reviewed the claim and recommend that the City Council reject the claim.
