A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RIPON ACCEPTING THE CITY OF RIPON MONEY
PURCHASE THRIFT PENSION PLAN FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS AND INDEPENDENT AUDITOR'S REPORT
JUNE 30, 2025 AND 2024
WHEREAS, the City of Ripon Independent Auditors’ Report of the Money Purchase Thrift Pension Plan for June 30, 2025 and 2024 has now been completed and filed with the City of Ripon; and
WHEREAS, Price Paige & Company Accountancy Corporation has now completed its audit of the form and content of the information included in the financial statements in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ripon, that the City of Ripon does hereby accept the financial statement and Independent Auditors’ Report of the Money Purchase Thrift Pension Plan for June 30, 2025 and 2024, by Price Paige & Company Accountancy Corporation, the independent certified public accountant employed by the City of Ripon to audit the financial records.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ripon this 9th day of December, 2025, by the following vote:
