NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The City of Ripon City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 259 N.
Wilma Avenue, Ripon, on the following matter:
Rezone (Z25-127) & General Plan Amendment (GPA25-128) for 1408 & 1444 West Main Street - a public hearing on a request to rezone a 27,791 sq. ft. (+/-) parcel currently zoned Professional Office (PO) and a 24,306 sq. ft. (+/-) parcel currently zoned Professional Office into C2 (Community Commercial) for the purpose of accommodating a small animal hospital for a portion of 1444 W. Main Street. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15332.
PURSUANT TO SECTION 65009 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN THAT IF SUCH
PROPOSED REZONE & GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT IS CHALLENGED IN
COURT, SUCH CHALLENGES MAY BE LIMITED TO ONLY THOSE ISSUES RAISED
AT THE PUBLIC HEARING OR IN WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE DELIVERED TO THE CITY CLERK AT OR PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC HEARING.
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES will be given an opportunity to appear and be heard by the City Council of the City of Ripon at said time and place pertaining to the above described matter.
