Subject: Parcel Map 25-77
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept Parcel Map No. 25-77 (1749 N. Jack Tone Road – Jeff and Judy Van Groningen) and authorize the City Engineer to sign the map for recording.
BACKGROUND:
Attached is the Parcel Map for Jeff and Judy Van Groningen, located at 1749 N. Jack Tone Road. The map subdivides an approximately 19.23-acre mixed-use parcel into two parcels to separate the existing rural residential farmhouse from the operational orchard for estate planning purposes.
The Tentative Parcel Map was approved by the Planning Commission at the September 15, 2025 hearing. Parcel Map No. 25-77 was subsequently submitted to the County for review and signature.
The County Surveyor has completed their review and signed the map. The Parcel Map is now ready for the City’s signature.
