Subject: On-Call Environmental Consulting Services for Private Development Projects Thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal to provide the City of Ripon with environmental consulting services on an as-needed basis, for private development projects.
BaseCamp Environmental, Inc. is a Central Valley-based environmental consulting firm specializing in environmental planning and environmental impact assessment, including preparation of technical studies and environmental documentation pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). BaseCamp Environmental, Inc. is headquartered in San Joaquin County and has extensive experience providing high-quality environmental analysis, regulatory coordination, and client communication for a wide range of public and private sector projects throughout Northern California.
BaseCamp Environmental, Inc. has completed hundreds of Environmental Impact Reports, Initial Studies, and other environmental documents for projects including, but not limited to, urban development and transportation projects; mining; recreation and resort development; energy projects; flood protection and water management; street widening and bridge replacement; and communication systems. BaseCamp Environmental, Inc. has previously provided environmental consulting services for projects within the City of Ripon.
BaseCamp Environmental, Inc. will provide environmental consulting services only when requested by the City and solely in connection with private development projects. Services shall be performed on an as-needed basis and only upon authorization by the City.
There will be no not-to-exceed amount associated with this Exhibit. When and if requested by the City, BaseCamp Environmental, Inc. will prepare a separate written scope of work and cost proposal for each private development project. Each scope of work and proposal will be subject to written approval by the project applicant prior to commencement of any services. Any and all amendments to an approved scope of work or proposal will also require written approval by the project applicant prior to implementation.
