During the Term, Customer agrees to utilize PlayMetrics as its exclusive Software-as-a-Service platform for payment processing and/or registration services and shall not utilize any other provider, platform, or application for payment processing and/or registration services, or utilize any product or service which is competitive with PlayMetrics’ Services (the "Customer Exclusivity Obligation").
Club OS Services Fees are offered at a discounted rate (no charge) due to the Customer's simultaneous use of Merchant Payment Platform services at the rates set forth below, and such discounted pricing is subject to Customer's compliance with the Customer Exclusivity Obligation.

MERCHANT PAYMENT PLATFORM (“MPP”)

The Stripe Merchant Payment Platform Terms of Service available online at www.playmetrics.com/MppToSStripe are incorporated herein, and govern Customer’s utilization of the Merchant Payment Platform.
AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS
To make automatic payments when due, add a stored payment method here All fees quoted in this Services Order Form are exclusive of any sales or other applicable tax. Sales tax may be applied to this order in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws.
Upon signature by Customer, this Services Order Form (the “Order Form”) shall become a legally binding order for the products and services set forth herein. This Order Form is non-cancellable and all fees are non-refundable. This Order Form is governed by, and Customer hereby unconditionally accepts, the terms of the PlayMetrics Master Services Agreement available online at www.playmetrics.com/msa (“MSA”). Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings attributed in the MSA. The terms of this Order Form are PlayMetrics’ Confidential Information.
BY SIGNING THIS ORDER FORM, I CERTIFY THAT I AM AUTHORIZED TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS ORDER FORM AND ANY DOCUMENTS INCORPORATED HEREIN.
