NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The City of Ripon City Council will hold a public hearing at a meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. in The City of Ripon Council Chambers, 259 N. Wilma Ave., Ripon, on the following matter:
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR 1504 WEST COLONY ROAD - The City Council will review the Development Agreement associated with Ionna LLC's development at 1504 West Colony Road. The Development Agreement was required as a condition of approval and has been approved by the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission's recommendation has been forwarded to the City Council for consideration and adoption.
PURSUANT TO SECTION 65009 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN THAT IF SUCH PROPOSED REVIEW
IS CHALLENGED IN COURT, SUCH CHALLENGE MAY BE LIMITED TO ONLY THOSE
ISSUES RAISED AT THE PUBLIC HEARING OR IN WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE DELIVERED TO THE CITY COUNCIL AT OR PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC HEARING.
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES will be given an opportunity to appear and be heard by the Planning Commission of The City of Ripon at said time and place pertaining to the above described matter.
