AMENDMENT No. 2
TO THE MEASURE K RENEWAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT (C-22-028)
FOR RIPON SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL IMPROVEMENTS
This Amendment No. 2 to the Measure K Renewal Cooperative Agreement for the City of Ripon’s Safe Routes to School Improvements project is made this 2nd day of July, 2026 by and between the City of Ripon ("Sponsor") and the San Joaquin Council of Governments, acting as the Local Transportation Authority ("Authority").
RECITALS
a. On June 25, 2026, the SJCOG Board approved amending the terms of the City of Ripon’s Safe Routes to School Improvements Cooperative Agreement to extend the Agreement term through June 30, 2027.
b. The parties now desire to amend the Agreement as set forth herein.
