STRATEGIC PLAN- TEAM BUILDING SESSION: The Riverbank City Council and Management Staff will be working on creating a team with a shared vision for the city, discussing the strengths and challenges that we face, and ways in which we can tackle those challenges, while working cohesively for the progression of our city. This process will be facilitated by Kendall Flint, Regional Director of Community Engagement and Strategic Planning at DKS Associates.
