PRESENT: Chair Hemenway, Vice Chair Cervantes, and Member Fierro ABSENT: None

Chair Hemenway convened the meeting at 3:01 p.m.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE
There was no one wishing to address the Committee.
FISCAL YEAR 2020-21 AUDIT REPORTS FROM LANCE, SOLL & LUNGHARD, LLP Following discussion, it was moved by Vice Chair Cervantes and seconded by Member Fierro to (1) receive and order filed the annual audit reports from external independent auditor, Lance, Soll & Lunghard, LLP on the City of Riverside financial results for Fiscal Year 2020-21 and (2) recommend the City Council reappoint Lance, Soll & Lunghard, LLP, to serve as the City's independent auditor to conduct the annual audit for Fiscal Year 2021-22. The motion carried unanimously.
ITEMS FOR FUTURE COMMITTEE CONSIDERATION
Vice Chair Cervantes requested an update on the Riverside the Riverside Transmission Reliability Project (RTRP). Chair Hemenway stated he would inquire whether an update on the RTRP should go to the City Council or the Committee.
