A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO. 33375 BE IT RESOLVED that this map, consisting of three sheets be, and the same is hereby accepted as the Final Map of Parcel Map 33375.
PARCEL MAP NO. 33375
In the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, being a subdivision of a portion of Lots 3 and 4, Block 80, of Arlington Heights, MB 11/20-21, Records of San Bernardino County, California located in Section 2, Township 3 South, Range 5 West, S.B.M.
Lot “A” is hereby accepted for public street purposes subject to the installation of improvements to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director of the City of Riverside.
Lot “A” is hereby accepted for public utility purposes and other public services.
The easements designated as “Blanket P.U.E.” are hereby accepted as easements for the construction and maintenance of electric energy distribution and telecommunication facilities.
The 1’ barrier strip designated as Lot “B” by Tract No. 2301 on MB 43/38-39, is hereby accepted for public street and public utility purposes subject to the installation of improvements to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director of the City of Riverside.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said map by signing her name thereto as City Clerk of the City of Riverside, State of California.
