PRESENT: Mayor Lock Dawson, Members Fierro, Conder, and Cervantes ABSENT: None

Mayor Lock Dawson called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.
ORAL COMMUNICATION FROM THE AUDIENCE
There was no one wishing to address the Committee.
HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS
The Mayor's Nominating and Screening Committee reviewed the applications of Nereyda Gonzalez, Maria Sagara, Nanci Larsen, Dave Stolte, and Jennifer Gamble for consideration for appointment to two vacant seats designated for City residents affiliated with separate Riverside-specific historic preservation organizations.
Following discussion, it was moved by Member Cervantes and seconded by Mayor Lock Dawson to appoint Maria Sagara to the Historic Preservation Fund Committee historic preservation organization seat for term ending March 1, 2024. The motion carried unanimously.
Following discussion, it was moved by Member Conder and seconded by Member Perry to appoint Nanci Larsen to the Historic Preservation Fund Committee historic preservation organization seat for term ending March 1, 2024. The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
