7 RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council:
1. Approve the Sole Source Service Agreement with Pyro Spectaculars, Inc. of Rialto, California for two dis tinct pyrotechnic shows for a three- year term; and,
2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Services Agreement with Pyro Spectaculars, Inc. and any other documents to effectuate the agreement including making minor, and non- substantive changes.
