Re: The SB1383 Local Assistance Grant Program FY2021/2022 Dear Sir,
Pursuant to the Resolution authorizing an application for the SB1383 Local Assistance Grant Program FY2021/2022, 1 am the designated Signature Authority for City of Riverside. 1 am authorized by the Resolution to execute on behalf of City of Riverside all documents, including but not limited to, applications, agreements, amendments and requests for payment, necessary to secure funds and implement the approved project. The Resolution also authorizes me to delegate this authority.
Accordingly, I hereby delegate this authority to the Public Works Director.
