INCLUSIONARY HOUSING PROGRAM STUDY UPDATE
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee (1) received and ordered filed an update on the Inclusionary Housing Program Study for the City of Riverside, including preliminary recommendations on inclusionary housing program requirements; and (2) directed staff to bring back a draft ordinance in May. The motion carried unanimously.
ORDINANCE AMENDING RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 9.04 TO ADD SECTION
9.046.610 REGARDING HOSPITAL TRANSPORT
Following discussion, it was moved by Chair Edwards and seconded by Member Cervantes to continue this item to the first meeting in April. The motion carried unanimously.
HOUSING AUTHORITY AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS UPDATE
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee received and ordered filed an update regarding Housing Authority housing projects.
SANTA ANA RIVER BOTTOM ENCAMPMENT RESPONSE PLAN
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee received and ordered filed an update on Santa Ana River Bottom Encampment Response Plan.
FIVE-YEAR PLAN TO REDUCE HOMELESSNESS
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee received and ordered filed an update on the Five-Year Plan to Reduce Homelessness.
