BID DESCRIPTION: The project entails maintenance improvements within seven residential neighborhoods; one arterial street on Columbia Avenue from Rivera Street to Main Street; and on one alley. This project generally includes, but is not limited to, the resurfacing asphalt pavement, ARAM, repairing concrete sidewalks, driveways, pedestrian ramps, cross gutters, curb and gutter, new bus pads; the adjustment of utility meter boxes, valve covers and manholes; and replacement of traffic striping; and installation of traffic signs.

COMMENTS:
The Purchasing Division has evaluated all bids received and recommends award be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in compliance with Purchasing Resolution 23812. The Public Works Department concurs with this recommendation and will be submitting a report.
