A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 37740 BE IT RESOLVED that this map, consisting of four sheets be, and the same is hereby accepted as the Final Map of Tract No. 37740.
TRACT NO. 37740
In the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, being a subdivision of Lot 23 and portion of Lots 20, 21, 33, & 34 as shown by Map of Onwensia on file in Book 11, Pages 98 and 99 of Maps, Records Of Riverside County, California. Located in protracted Section 11, T. 3 S., R. 6 W., Rancho La Sierra (Sepulveda) Lot “A” and Lot “B”, are hereby accepted for public street purposes subject to the installation of improvements to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director of the City of Riverside.
Lot “A” through Lot “C” and Lot “E”, inclusive are hereby accepted for the Public Utility Purposes and other Public Services.
Lot “C” is hereby accepted as an easement for the construction and maintenance of sanitary sewer facilities.
The easements designated as “6’ P.U.E.” and “P.U.E.”, is hereby accepted as an easement for the construction and maintenance of electric energy distribution and telecommunication facilities.
The easement designated as “Sanitation Services Easement” are hereby accepted as easements for emergency access, together with the right of ingress and egress to perform services related to trash removal, Public Utilities, including but not limited to Electrical, Water, Cable Television and Communication Systems.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said map by signing her name thereto as City Clerk of the City of Riverside, State of California.
