Chair Cervantes convened the meeting at 3:30 p.m.

REVIEW CITY COUNCIL RULES OF PROCEDURE AND ORDER OF BUSINESS - CITY COUNCIL
AGENDA ITEM REFERRAL PROCESSES
Following discussion, it was moved by Member Conder and seconded by Vice Chair Perry to (1) remove the term 'Referral' and reword equity considerations from the template form; (2) add Ad Hoc committee and a field for the body that the item is reterred to; and (3) request staff bring forth any specific language recommendations along with a corresponding resolution to the full City Council for discussion. The motion carried unanimously.
