Chair Plascencia convened the meeting at 3:30 p.m.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE
There were no oral comments received at this time.
SELF GENERATION PROGRAM
Following discussion, it was moved by Member Edwards and seconded by Vice Chair Fierro to (1) receive the proposed changes to Schedule NEM "Net Energy Metering for Renewable Electrical Generation Facilities," Electric Rule 22, "Distributed Generation Facilities Interconnection," and Self-Generation Program; and (2) recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution approving the changes to Schedule NEM "Net Energy Metering for Renewable Electrical Generation Facilities," Electric Rule 22, "Distributed Generation Facilities Interconnection, and to Self-Generation Program. The motion carried unanimously.

There were no items requested for consideration at a future meeting.
